Creator storefront on wyrld
At a glance

In brief: wyrld for creators

wyrld is a social commerce platform from Hamburg, Germany, where you build your own storefront for your product recommendations in a few minutes. You add products from more than 90,000 partner shops, over a billion products in total, Amazon included.

wyrld creates the affiliate links for you, shows your community the offers it finds, with prices side by side, and pays you per click (CPC), per sale (CPA) or both, depending on the shop. Your earnings are settled at the beginning of the following month via a self-billing credit note and paid out by PayPal or bank transfer. If you work with your own agency, it can work on your storefront with you and sees your numbers. wyrld is free for creators.

Over a billion products

Add products from 90,000+ partner shops straight to your storefront, Amazon included.

Click, sale or both

Some shops pay per click (CPC), some per sale (CPA), others for both. wyrld has both. You see profile views, clicks and commission live.

No invoices to write

Every month you get a self-billing credit note (Gutschrift). The VAT on it follows from your details.

With your agency

Your own agency can work on your storefront with you and sees your numbers.

Price comparison

You share one product. Your community sees the shops where wyrld finds it.

You paste one link. wyrld recognises the product, looks for it at the other partner shops and shows the offers it finds side by side with prices, each with your affiliate link.

Example

The link you pasted https://shop-a.example/parfum-eau-de-parfum-50ml Eau de Parfum, 50 ml Brand, name and size recognised
  • Shop B€79.95affiliate link
  • Shop A€84.00affiliate link
  • Shop C€86.50affiliate link
  • Shop D€89.99affiliate link

Whichever of these shops your community picks through your links, you earn on the click, the sale or both, depending on the shop.

The numbers

People compare anyway. Better right next to the recommendation.

What this means for you

Anyone who leaves your storefront to compare prices often ends up on a price comparison site, and whatever they buy there earns you nothing. On wyrld the comparison sits right next to your recommendation, so your community doesn’t have to keep searching. And whichever shop gets the sale through your links, you earn on the click, the sale or both, depending on the shop.

How wyrld works

One link. 90,000+ shops. The prices side by side.

A creator adds one product. wyrld turns it into a price comparison, and every offer in it carries the creator’s affiliate link.

wyrld looks for the same item across all connected partner shops, from big retailers to small brands.

For shoppers

Recommendations from creators who picked the products themselves. Plus the offers found in partner shops, with prices, at a glance.

For creators

Your own storefront and a credit note every month. Earnings per click, per sale or both, depending on what each shop pays.

For agencies

All creator storefronts in one dashboard, maintained together with the creators. The commission share is settled automatically.

How you earn

Some shops pay per click, some per sale. On wyrld you have both.

Many programmes only pay when someone buys, others only pay for clicks. wyrld has shops that pay per click (CPC), shops that pay a commission on sales (CPA) and shops that pay for both. So what an offer earns you depends on the shop behind it.

  1. Step 1You share your storefrontLink in bio, in your story, in your video.
  2. You earn · CPCSomeone clicks an offerAt shops that pay per click, the click is credited to you, even if nobody buys afterwards.
  3. Step 3Purchase directly from the shopAt the shop’s price, no extra cost for your community.
  4. You earn · CPACommission on the saleAt shops that pay on sales, calculated on the net value after returns and cancellations.
Billing

No invoices to write. Just get paid.

wyrld uses self-billing: we create your credit note, you get the money. This works for any legal structure: sole traders, Kleinunternehmer under the German small-business VAT scheme, your own limited company or a company abroad.

  1. 1

    All month: follow along live

You see profile views, clicks and commission in your dashboard at any time.

  2. 2

wyrld totals the previous month’s clicks and sales. Sales only count once the shop has confirmed them. Returns and cancellations drop out.

  3. 3

You receive a credit note with everything your bookkeeping needs, under “Billing”. VAT is handled automatically based on your details (see below).

  4. 4

    Payout

VAT on your credit note. Based on your details.

Which rule applies depends on your country and tax status.

Germany

With 19% VAT

For VAT-registered creators and companies in Germany, the credit note shows net amount, 19% VAT and gross amount.

Germany · Kleinunternehmer

Without VAT

Under the German small-business VAT scheme (Kleinunternehmer) no VAT is shown, with a reference to § 19 UStG.

Other EU countries

Reverse charge

With a VAT ID, the credit note is issued under reverse charge (§ 13b UStG): wyrld then accounts for the German VAT, not you. Without a VAT ID we cannot pay out, so please add it to your details.

Outside the EU

No German VAT

For creators and companies outside the EU, for example in the UK, Switzerland or the UAE, the credit note shows no German VAT; wyrld accounts for it under reverse charge. Where you pay tax on the income depends on where you live and where your company is based.

You enter your details once and confirm them yourself: name or company, address, country, tax status, PayPal or bank account. After that, an agency can no longer change them; only you or the wyrld team can.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is a creator storefront on wyrld?

Your own storefront on wyrld.de with the products you really use and recommend. You group them into collections, show them with your own photos, and wyrld puts the partner shops’ offers and prices next to them. You put the link in your bio on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.

Does wyrld cost anything for creators?

No. wyrld is free for creators: no sign-up fee, no subscription, no cost per product. wyrld earns from the shops’ fees, not from you.

How do I make money with wyrld?

Through the affiliate links wyrld creates for you. Depending on the shop, you are paid for clicks on an offer (CPC), earn a commission when someone buys there (CPA), or both. wyrld has both.

How much commission will I earn?

It depends on the shop and the product. Every shop sets its own terms, including whether it pays per click, per sale or both. You can see what a product earns you in your dashboard, where you follow your clicks and commission live.

What is the difference between CPC and CPA?

CPC (cost per click) means you are paid for the click, even if nobody buys afterwards. CPA (cost per acquisition) means you earn a commission on a purchase. Many platforms pay only one of the two. wyrld has shops that pay per click, shops that pay per sale and shops that pay both.

Do I have to join affiliate networks?

No. wyrld is connected to more than 90,000 shops and creates the affiliate links for you. All you need is your wyrld account. You skip separate sign-ups and approvals per brand.

How does the price comparison in my storefront work?

When you add a product, wyrld looks for the same item across all partner shops. If it is found, your community sees the offers with prices side by side. Whichever shop they pick through your links, you earn on the click, the sale or both, depending on the shop.

When and how do I get paid?

At the start of each month wyrld settles the previous month. You are paid by PayPal or bank transfer. Commission on sales is paid out once the shop or affiliate programme has paid wyrld.

How is VAT handled on my credit note?

It follows from the details you enter. In Germany the credit note shows 19% VAT. Under the German small-business VAT scheme (Kleinunternehmer) it shows no VAT and refers to § 19 UStG. For other EU countries it is issued under reverse charge (§ 13b UStG) and needs your VAT ID. Outside the EU the credit note shows no German VAT either: it is also issued under reverse charge, and wyrld accounts for the German VAT.

What do I need to provide for billing?

Your name or company name, address, country, your tax status (Kleinunternehmer yes or no, VAT ID or tax number) and how you want to be paid, by PayPal or to a bank account. You confirm the details once yourself; after that an agency can no longer change them, only you or the wyrld team.

Do I have to write invoices?

No. wyrld uses self-billing: every month you receive a credit note, which you find under “Billing” in your dashboard and can use directly for your bookkeeping.

Can I join under the German small-business VAT scheme (Kleinunternehmer)?

Yes. wyrld issues credit notes to Kleinunternehmer just as it does to VAT-registered creators. You state your tax status when you sign up; billing takes care of the rest.

What is self-billing (Gutschriftverfahren)?

With self-billing, you don’t write the invoice; wyrld does. Every month wyrld issues a credit note for your earnings from clicks (CPC), sales (CPA) or both, depending on the shop. Under German VAT law, a credit note counts as an invoice if this was agreed in advance (§ 14(2) UStG). On wyrld, that agreement is part of the creator terms. You find every credit note in your dashboard under “Billing”.

Can I bill through my own company, in Germany or abroad?

Yes. wyrld works with any legal structure: sole traders (including Kleinunternehmer), a GmbH or a company abroad, for example in Dubai, Switzerland or the UK. Companies in other EU countries need a VAT ID; without it, payouts stay on hold until you add it.

Can I join if I live outside Germany?

Yes. wyrld GmbH is a German company from Hamburg and settles with creators in Germany, in other EU countries and outside the EU, for example in the UK, Switzerland or the UAE. Your earnings are shown in euros (EUR). In other EU countries we need your VAT ID; without it we cannot pay out.

Do I need a registered business?

You need a registered trade, freelance work or a company. Under its creator terms, wyrld only works with businesses (Unternehmer under § 14 of the German Civil Code, BGB), not with private individuals. Kleinunternehmer are welcome. You pay income tax and VAT yourself. Your tax adviser can tell you what applies to you.

What happens with returns?

If an order is returned, you do not earn commission on it. Commission is calculated on the net value of a purchase, that is, after VAT, shipping, discounts, returns and cancellations.

Which products can I add to my storefront?

Anything from more than 90,000 partner shops, over a billion products in total, Amazon included. You search the catalogue or paste a product link. If a product is missing, request it via “Can’t find your product?”.

Can I sell my own products?

Yes, after separate approval. Your own products, such as merch or your own brand, run on wyrld’s infrastructure on separate terms. Get in touch with us.

Do I have to label my posts as advertising?

Yes. If you recommend products with affiliate links, label your posts as advertising; as the creator, you are responsible for this. For audiences in Germany, the German media authorities recommend “Werbung” or “Anzeige” as the first word; abbreviations such as “ad” are not enough. The creator guide shows how this looks in stories, reels and your bio. Open the creator guide →

How fast can I get started?

Signing up takes a few minutes, and then your storefront is live at its own address. You set up your profile and storefront and share your link. The creator guide walks you through it step by step. Open the creator guide →

How many followers do I need?

The creator terms do not set a minimum number of followers. Before your storefront appears in the creator overview and on the homepage, the wyrld team looks at your profile and your channels. There is no entitlement to this.

Can wyrld take my storefront down?

Yes. If you make racist, sexist, homophobic or hate-inciting statements, are involved in a public scandal that could seriously damage the image of wyrld or the brands, or commit a criminal offence, wyrld can end the partnership without notice and take your storefront down. This is set out in the creator terms (§ 9).

Can I use wyrld alongside LTK, Stylink or Amazon?

Yes. The creator terms do not require exclusivity. You can run your wyrld storefront alongside other programmes, for example as one of the links in your bio.

Do I need my own website?

No. Your creator storefront is your own page on wyrld.de. You put the link in your bio on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.

Can my agency work with me?

Yes, and we mean your own agency, the team that already manages you. It gets its own dashboard on wyrld, opens your storefront from there and works on your products and profile with you. You keep working in the same storefront, and you both see the same numbers. If your agency is not on wyrld yet, email us at info@wyrld.de.

How much of my earnings goes to my agency?

The commission share you and your agency agree on. Your agency sets it in its dashboard as a percentage between 0 and 100. wyrld deducts it automatically from your storefront’s earnings at every monthly settlement, so it is not paid on top. You get your credit note, your agency gets its own, and you have nothing to pass on.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. The agreement has no fixed term and either side can cancel with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month.

How is wyrld different from LTK, Stylink or a link-in-bio page?

On wyrld you get your own storefront with price comparison and products from more than 90,000 shops. You earn per click, per sale or both, depending on the shop, and receive a credit note every month whatever your legal structure. According to its FAQ, LTK gives accepted creators access to a personal manager from LTK itself; on wyrld your own agency can work on your storefront with you.
