Is there an alternative to Stylink that also pays on sales?

Yes. Under its terms (as of August 2026), Stylink pays for genuine clicks; they do not provide for commission on sales. LTK and the Amazon Influencer Program pay on sales, according to their own pages, the latter for purchases on Amazon. On wyrld you earn per click, per sale or both, depending on the shop, and your community sees the offers wyrld finds across more than 90,000 partner shops with prices side by side. You need a registered trade, freelance work or a company.

Who pays on sales, and what you need

  • wyrld: fits if you recommend products from many shops and don’t want to sign up to each affiliate programme separately. You paste the product link, wyrld recognises brand, name and variant, looks for the same item across more than 90,000 partner shops, Amazon included, and creates the affiliate link for each offer it finds. Your community sees the offers found with prices side by side. Depending on the shop, you are paid per click, per sale or both. An agency can help run your storefront from its own dashboard. You need a registered trade, freelance work or a company.
  • LTK: fits if you mainly want to earn on sales and collect your recommendations in your own LTK shop. You earn commission when your community buys through your LTK shop. Rates vary by brand and, according to LTK, are usually 10 to 25%. According to its German FAQ, you need at least 5,000 followers, and LTK reviews your application.
  • Amazon Influencer Program: fits if your community already orders mostly on Amazon. According to Amazon, it is an extension of the Associates programme (Partnerprogramm) with your own page on Amazon. When your community shops there, you are paid in a similar way to the Associates programme. You join through a qualification process. Amazon only reviews an Associates application once you have made at least three sales in the first 180 days, and for social media pages it names at least 500 organic followers or likes in most cases.
  • Affiliate programmes of individual shops: fit if you only recommend a few shops and want to work with each one directly. Some shops pay commission on sales through their own programme. You then sign up to each programme separately, manage the links yourself and get separate statements.

When pay per click fits your content

Pay per click suits content where lots of people tap but few order straight away, such as outfit ideas, moodboards or wish lists. You are paid for the genuine click even if nobody buys afterwards, and you don’t have to wait and see if anything is sent back. Even at Stylink, though, clicks are not entirely separate from sales: according to its help centre, the algorithm that sets your amount per click takes your links’ sales performance into account.

If your community buys with intent after a review or tutorial, commission on sales pays a share of the basket, and with expensive products that can be worth more than many clicks. The money arrives later, though, because programmes usually wait to see if a purchase is returned.

An example with assumed figures: 200 clicks and three purchases of €60 each. At 6 cents per click that makes €12, at 10% commission on sales €18, but with only one purchase €6.

If you keep Stylink or leave it

  • Keeping it: Stylink’s terms do not require exclusivity. Under § 2(7) you decide yourself if, when and to what extent you are active there.
  • Channels: under § 3, Stylinks may be used on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and in blog posts. Posts on other channels count as misused recommendation links, and Stylink may set their pay to zero.
  • Where clicks come from: under § 3, clicks from outside your registration country do not count as genuine clicks, so they are not paid. The DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) counts as one registration country.
  • Leaving: under § 9, either side can terminate at any time with immediate effect and without giving reasons. You do this in text form or by deleting your account.
  • After the end: your access is blocked, and you must remove your Stylinks without delay. Clicks after the contract ends are not paid (§ 9(5)).
  • Remaining balance: what you earned up to termination is not lost (§ 9(4)). It is only paid out if the minimum is reached and you request it; click earnings become time-barred at the end of the third calendar year after the click (§ 6(5)).

How it works on wyrld

wyrld has both kinds of shop: some pay per click, others commission per sale, some both. Because wyrld looks for the same item in its partner shops, your community sees the offers it finds with prices side by side and buys directly from the shop at no extra cost. The cheapest new offer is labelled “Best price”. For 65% of online shoppers in Germany, the lowest price is a decisive factor when choosing a shop, according to a 2022 Bitkom survey.

You get a Gutschrift (self-billing credit note) at the start of the following month, including as a Kleinunternehmer (small business scheme). Sales commission is paid once the shop or affiliate programme has paid wyrld and is based on the net value after returns and cancellations. If you work with an agency, it gets its own dashboard, opens your storefront from there, maintains products and profile with you and sees the same figures. wyrld deducts an agreed commission share from your earnings in the monthly statement, and you each get a separate credit note.

wyrld does not ask for exclusivity, so you can keep your Stylinks. Through wyrld Boost, brands also pay for campaigns that run across many creators at once, paid out according to KPIs set in advance. To use wyrld you need a registered trade, freelance work or a company.

Does Stylink pay per sale?

Not directly. Stylink’s terms (as of August 2026) do not provide for commission on sales; under § 3 you are paid for genuine clicks by followers.
