How do I link products from many shops in my Instagram or TikTok bio?
With one link in your bio that leads to a single page for all your products: either a link-in-bio page where you usually add each product link yourself, or a creator storefront that shows your products with images and prices and creates the affiliate links for you. New products go on that page, and your bio link stays the same. You can also link single products in Instagram Stories with the Link sticker.

Three ways to show many products through one bio link
| Swap the bio link per post | Link-in-bio page | Creator storefront | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What your community sees | one product in one shop | usually a list of your links | products with images and prices |
| Affiliate links | get them yourself | usually added by you | created by the platform |
| Joining affiliate programmes | each one yourself | usually each one yourself | usually just the platform |
| Getting paid | by each programme separately | usually by each programme separately | through the platform |
| One product in several shops | no | only by hand | automatic with prices side by side, depending on the platform |
| Older posts | lead elsewhere after a swap | still lead to the list | still lead to the storefront |
| Upkeep | after every post | add and sort each link | add and sort products |
According to Linktree’s help centre, every Linktree account has a Shop tab: you show products with images there and add affiliate links from any programme, as long as they follow Linktree’s Community Standards. Earning commission on partner brands’ products right from your Linktree page is part of Linktree Shops, which according to Linktree is only available in the United States (help pages read on 22 October 2026).
An example: one week, three reels, twelve products
Say you post three reels in one week with twelve products from five shops between them, and each time you say “link in bio”.
A single affiliate link leads to one product in one shop. It is not enough for a reel with four products, and if you swap it for every new reel, by Friday it leads to a product from the latest one. Anyone who sees Monday’s reel at the weekend and checks your bio ends up on a different item.
On a link-in-bio page you add twelve links and name each one so people can match it to the reel, say “Monday: autumn jacket”. You first get the affiliate links from each shop or affiliate programme you use. If a product is sold in two shops, you add both links by hand or pick one.
In a creator storefront you set up three collections, one per reel, and give each the name you use in the video, say “autumn jacket”. The platform creates the affiliate links. If a product is sold in two shops, some platforms show both offers side by side with their prices. Either way, your bio link stays the same, and anyone who sees Monday’s reel on Sunday still finds the autumn jacket.
Help people find the product from your video
- On TikTok, check in the app while editing your profile if there is a field for a website. If it’s missing, put the link on your profile on another channel, such as Instagram, and say in the video where to find it.
- In the video or caption, mention the name the product goes by on your page, such as “autumn jacket, link in bio”. People who come later search for exactly that word.
- Keep the page current: put the newest at the top, and take out sold-out products or replace them with one you label as “similar”. Leave older collections up while people are still watching the videos.
- After posting, check on your phone that the link in your bio can be tapped and leads to the right page.
The note goes next to your bio link and into the post
For affiliate links, the guide by Germany’s state media authorities (Die Medienanstalten, May 2025) describes a symbol such as an asterisk and an explanation right next to the link. It treats a link to an online shop posted out of commercial interest as advertising and calls for “Werbung” or “Anzeige” (both mean advertisement), clearly legible, right next to the link. It does not list links to a page that collects your products as a case of its own. If your affiliate links sit there, put both next to your bio link, such as “Anzeige: My products*” and below it “*Affiliate links: I earn a commission”.
The post that points to the link can be advertising too. The guide counts naming where to buy a product and combining it with affiliate links among the signs of promotional intent. What has to be labelled is then the promotional post itself, explicitly including each Story slide in a promotional context.
Under the guide, “Werbung” then goes on every slide that points to the link and as the first word of the caption, such as “Werbung | Everything from the video is in my storefront, link in bio.” If a video as a whole is advertising because a product takes centre stage, the guide also calls for a permanent “Werbung” overlay in the picture. A blanket line on your profile saying your account contains ads is not enough, according to the guide.
How it works on wyrld
On wyrld, your storefront is the one link for all your products. It gets its own address on wyrld.de as soon as you sign up, and you put it in your bio on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. You sort new products into collections, one per video as in the example above, and show them with up to five of your own images per product. The link in your bio stays the same.
You add a product by pasting its link or picking it from the catalogue. wyrld works out the brand, name and variant, looks for the same item in its partner shops and creates the affiliate link for each offer it finds. You don’t sign up with any network yourself. If wyrld finds the product in several of the more than 90,000 partner shops, your community sees the offers with prices side by side and buys wherever they like, directly from the shop and at no extra cost. In a 2022 Bitkom survey, 65% of online shoppers in Germany named the lowest price as a decisive factor when choosing a shop.
Depending on the shop, you earn per click, per sale or both, settled at the start of the following month with a Gutschrift (self-billing credit note). wyrld is free for creators and doesn’t ask for exclusivity, so you can use it alongside programmes you are already part of. If you work with an agency, it can maintain your storefront with you from its own dashboard. You add the note next to your bio link and in your posts yourself; as the creator, that’s your responsibility.
Frequently asked questions.
Can I put an affiliate link straight into my Instagram bio?
You can: according to Instagram’s help centre, you can add a website to your bio, and an affiliate link is a web address. But it leads to one product in one shop. If you swap it for every new post, older posts where you say “link in bio” lead to a different product. The German media authorities’ guide puts the asterisk and explanation right next to the link.
How do my followers find the product from a specific reel in my bio link?
Give the reel its own collection or entry and name it the way you do in the video, say “autumn jacket”. Keep it at the top while the reel is new, and mention the name in the video or caption. Leave older collections up so that people who see the reel later can still find the product.
How do I link products in my Instagram Story?
With the Link sticker, which according to Instagram all accounts can use except new ones and those that repeatedly share content breaking its Community Guidelines. Add the affiliate link to one product or your collection page, on wyrld your storefront. Under the German media authorities’ guide, the slide also needs an asterisk and a short explanation, such as “Affiliate link*”, and “Werbung” (advertisement) if you recommend a product.
Can my agency manage the products behind my bio link?
That depends on the page your bio link leads to: each platform has its own access rules. On wyrld, your agency gets its own dashboard, opens your storefront from there and maintains products and profile with you. You both see the same figures. wyrld deducts any commission share you agree on from your earnings in the monthly settlement. You get your credit note, your agency gets its own.
